- Second-generation professional builder with over 25 years of design, engineering, planning and "hands-on" construction experience of a broad spectrum of projects: custom homes, major remodels, subdivision and land development, and light commercial facilities. SPECIALIZATIONS: * Concept Development * Master Planning * Residential Design * Renovation and whole house remodels For Mr. Brewer, design/construction became a love at an early age and is a lifelong avocation as well as a vocation. As a 4H-er at the age of 12, his Home Design and Grounds Beautification Project won top honors at State competition and gained him recognition as a National Honor Member. He built his first home at the age of 18. After years of apprenticeship with custom home builders, architects and land surveyors in 1972, Brewer undertook his first executive custom homes as a design/build general contractor. In 1976 he undertook his first development.
